In keeping with Grubb Properties' mission statement in its vision to "Enhance Communities" Grubb Properties set up the Corporate Citizenship Committee and donates 5 percent of its quarterly profit to the committee. CCC is comprised of up to 12 interested employees, and they are charged with determininig where to spend those charitable dollars. CCC supplies funding to both external and internal donation requests. CCC also encouraged the creation of GPI's volunteerism policy where employees are encouraged to help in their communities and are given up to 48 hours each year to volunteer.

The Corporate Citizenship Committee has contributed $7,500 to the A Way Home WISH Program. This donation will support one family for one year in a program designed as a "permanent supportive housing solution that provides intensive, holistic, and strength-based family development social workt to help working poor families achieve self-sufficiency."
