Grubb Properties Announces Dilworth’s Latta Pavilion Full Lease Up
Charlotte, NC: Grubb Properties has announced Latta Pavilion, one of Dilworth’s first mixed-use communities, is once again fully leased. The building, located along East Boulevard between Scott Ave and Kenilworth is now the home to eleven businesses including 131 Main and East Boulevard Bar & Grill.
The most recent leases are A Hair Above – a new wig boutique and Reflections by Rhiannon – a local photography studio. East Boulevard Bar & Grill also recently opened their doors to the public at Latta after their move from their former location further down East Boulevard.
Jana Foreman, Senior Commercial Broker for Grubb Properties said that it speaks volumes for the local economy and Latta Pavilion, “Obviously this is very exciting and to see this property get back to full capacity in such a difficult economic time. It says a lot.”
