Link Apartments℠ Fitz, Grubb Properties’ first multifamily community in the Denver area, will welcome its first residents in early 2024. In addition to preparing for leasing, the Grubb Properties team has also been showcasing the property and supporting community institutions.
The 405-unit community features studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms to provide essential housing for workers, students, and others who want to live in vibrant Aurora.

Link Apartments℠ Fitz also emphasizes walkable design and connectivity, with easy access to the Denver light rail station two miles away as well as to the future bus rapid transit system.
The community is located very close to Children’s Hospital Colorado and the University of Colorado Hospital. The Grubb Properties team recently participated in The Annual Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation Gala and looks forward to continuing and deepening the relationship with the hospital and its foundation.
