Grubb Properties' Innovative Parking Approach

Creative approaches to parking are a hallmark of essential housing. By limiting – or eliminating – parking, Grubb Properties can lower the cost of construction and pass those savings on to residents in the form of lower rents. Limiting parking also allows us to build more units than would otherwise have been possible, further addressing the nation’s undersupply of housing.

Recently, our approach to parking has been getting noticed in the press. The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Fast Company have all featured Grubb Properties in recent weeks.
