Opening Soon: Link Apartments℠ Fitz Brings Essential Housing to Colorado

Link Apartments℠ Fitz, Grubb Properties’ first multifamily community in the Denver area, is making progress towards its opening later this year. 

The 405-unit community will feature studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms to serve workers, students, and others who want to live in this growing Aurora neighborhood. 

Amenities will include a saltwater pool with gas grills and a firepit, a Link clubhouse with coffee lounge for residents, a gym, a yoga studio, a cycle center with a repair station, and a dog park and dog wash station. Inside, each unit will have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plank flooring in every room, and energy-efficient appliances to help our residents with their monthly bills.

Recently, our construction team has been working on the walls, floor trusses, decking, and exterior sheathing at Building B. At Building C, they are working on exterior masonry and fiber cement siding, with all vinyl windows and patio doors installed. 

Colorado is known for embracing the outdoors, and Link Apartments℠ Fitz residents will have plenty of opportunities nearby. Aurora Sports Park, Cherry Creek State Park, and Murphy Creek Golf Course are among the many recreational amenities near the community. Residents can enjoy hitting the nearby biking trails or walking paths, visiting neighborhood parks ideal for walking their dogs, or taking to the water on canoes, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards.
 
Link Apartments℠ Fitz will emphasize walkable design and connectivity, with easy access to the Denver light rail station two miles away as well as to the future bus rapid transit system.
