Our experience prevents factors that result in change orders, budget overruns, delays and scheduling problems during construction. Our in-depth knowledge of the design process, contract language, creation of schedule, construction techniques and pricing helps our clients proactively assess potential issues early in the process while they are still preventable. As the development and/or project manager, our goal is to reduce construction risk, control construction costs, keep the project on schedule, limit impacts on adjacent properties and ensure high construction quality.

We work with our owners to make sure construction documents are clear, complete and executable. We focus on ensuring consistency between the drawings, specifications and general conditions. We are there at every stage of the project, including conceptual planning design, complete construction oversight and post-construction services. We act as the owner’s agent to minimize the total costs of the project by proactive planning, assuring the highest level of efficiency, mitigating risks and potential claims, determining the best delivery methodology for each client and implementing the latest sustainable practices.

Most of our developments comply with the National Green Building Standards or comparable certifications. We have been successful in securing millions of dollars in tax credits and tax deductions for our commitment to incorporate sustainable investments in our properties.
