I’ve been apartment hunting for the past month, and every experience until now has been frustrating—until I applied to Link on H Street. From the moment I walked in, it felt warm and welcoming—from the front desk to the custodial supervisor! This has truly been the most rewarding experience. Ralph was exceptional: helpful, honest, and straight to the point. The tour was amazing, and the application process has been smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Ralph! I’m looking forward to moving in soon. 

I have been a resident for over a year now. The Link Apartments Brookstown is a wonderful place to live! I have lived under different properties before in Winston and Link is hands down the most clean, efficient, and friendly community I have stayed. Samantha, Dani, and Lauren all in the front office are very kind and informative, and always available to help when needed! The maintenance team, Corey an Nicolas, are also always ready to help and are quick with it too! I would absolutely recommend this community if you are looking to move to Downtown Winston. 

I have been avoiding managed properties in the Bay Area for several years, because they are essentially brands, and not people. With Link apartments, I feel differently; I feel at home. From day one meeting Hassan and Annette, I found them genuinely kind and welcoming. Running a property is not easy at all, but they still offer their best, every time and every day. Miguel and Humberto, our technical crew, are knowledgeable, punctual, quick to respond, hard at work and caring. Who would have thought maintenance appointments could be fun? Of course the amenities you’d get are well-thought of, and also kept in excellent shape. I must also mention that it feels like the hospitality and care you get here is contagious, and this building instills that into its residents, and neighbors. My experience has been 5-star, thanks to Link apartments lovely staff. 

The Link Apartments at Broad are honestly amazing. The amenities, the features, the security and service are all top tier. From the aesthetics to nature of utilities, I truly don’t think it gets better than this. For a relatively new apartment complex, I believe beyond the gorgeous look and feel of the apartments, the team and staff members deserve a special shout out. Alexis, Amanda, Tiffany and Sheena are amazing professionals and they know what they’re doing. They’re attentive, kind and thoughtful. This place feels like home because the people are so nice and respectful. 

I can’t express the amount gratitude I have with my initial experience with Michelle. Moving into another apartment wasn’t in my plan for this year, like a lot of other things in life, but it was something that just needed to get done. In general, moving can be stressful - mentally and physically, however Michelle truly made my decision to move into Link Monford remarkably smooth. From the initial visit/tour to my move-in process, Michelle has been patience, knowledgeable, and most importantly KIND! She was very detailed when giving us our tour of the complex, answered any of my outstanding questions, was super personable. Her initial customer service was on top of the list of my deciding factors to choosing my next apartment. When picking up my keys she was ready for us, answered my final questions and showed us the best and efficient way to move-in. I am overall glad with my decision and looking forward to making this my new home for the next year. Seriously, thank you again Michelle! Keep being awesome. 

I am a longtime resident and can't say enough nice things about the wonderful leasing and maintenance teams at Link Apartments Manchester. This week, Desmond from the maintenance team noticed the air was low on the tire of my car, and he took care of it for me! This is the kind of thoughtful, above and beyond approach Desmond has always taken to his job in the years I have lived there, and this is on top of everything else he does to keep our building running smoothly. Desmond and the rest of the team at Link are the best at what they do, and it is because of the extra care and attention to detail they take that Link feels like not just an apartment building, but a community.

Okay, so I officially waited until our 3 month mark to post a review - to ensure it was well rounded and gave time for potential issues to arise and be settled, get settled into the area and compare my experience to other apartments and I can confidently say, my husband and I hit the jackpot by choosing to live at Link Noda. Apartment wise, everything is exactly as shown on the photos. Clean, excellent customer service and response time from the front office team, Kirsten, Mecha, Ty and Justin, the maintenance and cleaning staff. What I appreciate is when there is an issue, the front office team makes it their priority to highlight the improper behavior as such and do what they can to prevent it from happening again. All the amenities seem to working effectively and are clean. I haven’t went to the pool or used the grill yet, but they seem to be in good condition when I walk by. I can tell the building has a large amount of people living here due to the parking lot, but it honestly doesn’t feel like it. I’ve never been in any of the community spaces with more than 3 people at a time. The apartment is conveniently located next to the light rail and just a couple a blocks from the strip on North Davidson. I like how we’re close enough to have access, but not directly in the mix. There’s also a new paved ride on the side of the building which is great for walking without the distractions of the busy street if you’re trying to avoid that. Overall, we’re so pleased with our choice and looking forward to the rest of our time here.
