August 20, 2025

The recent “Meet the Artists” showcase at Link Apartments® QPN in Long Island City brought the community to life through art and conversation. Guests were invited to experience how curated, original artwork can shape a shared sense of place, offering a rare opportunity to meet the artists whose pieces add depth and personality to the building’s common areas and sculpture garden.

Link Apartments® QPN, located at 41-46 27th Street, Long Island City, has quickly leased over 70% of the building’s market-rate apartments through the end of July after making its official debut in April. The 26-story building offers 417 residences, from studios to two-bedroom apartments, along with more than 35,000 square feet of curated amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, an outdoor pool, and a rooftop terrace with skyline views.

Grubb Properties commissioned original art pieces for Link Apartments® QPN, many by New York-based emerging and established artists, that reflect the character of the building and neighborhood. These works appear in nearly every corner of the community’s common areas, from the lounge and co-working spaces to the bike room, dog spa, elevator lobbies, and courtyard sculpture garden.

  • Yuki Li – artwork in the bike room and dog spa
  • John Clement – sculpture featured in the building’s courtyard
