The 2025 Grubb Properties Corporate Responsibility Report (CRR) charts the achievements we’ve made in the areas of environmental, social, and governance by following our principles.

Signifying these recent accomplishments, we continued to improve our GRESB benchmark score for standing investments and achieved continued high performance in our development score. GRESB is considered the global standard for the real estate industry.

The CRR also explains the framework we draw on as we implement ESG practices across our firm, our investments and our properties to try to deliver a positive impact for our stakeholders.
