These communities provide moderately priced apartments in urban areas for households earning 60 percent or more of the area median income (above the cut-off for public housings subsidies), but less than 140 percent of AMI. Residents span a wide range of professions and walks of life from health care workers to educators to college and post-grad students.

97.4% of resident service requests (from a total of more than 23,000) were fulfilled within 24 hours across our portfolio in 2025, minimizing the disruption to our residents’ daily routines. This work ranges from routine appliance repairs to restoring air conditioning during a heat wave, as well as responding to unexpected after-hours emergencies
