In 2025, the Grubb Giving Committee continues its work to connect team members with Habitat volunteer opportunities in every market where we have a presence. Instead of focusing on one full house build in one location, we are supporting Habitat for Humanity in every location where our company has a corporate office or an apartment community.
The recent “Meet the Artists” showcase at Link Apartments® QPN in Long Island City brought the community to life through art and conversation. Guests were invited to experience how curated, original artwork can shape a shared sense of place, offering a rare opportunity to meet the artists whose pieces add depth and personality to the building’s common areas and sculpture garden.
Grubb Properties continued to build relationships with the next generation of industry professionals through its summer 2025 internship program, hosting four college students during an eight-week program beginning in June.
